A small bench of senior, independent contractors who've shipped with the modern generative AI stack: ComfyUI, Gaussian splatting, text-to-image, image-to-3D and video. If that sounds like you, we'd like to know.

What we're looking for

Hands-on production experience across the modern AI stack.

Senior, independent contractors with real shipping experience. We're especially interested in people who've used:

  • ComfyUI — custom nodes, automation, batch and review pipelines
  • Gaussian splatting (3DGS), neural rendering, splat-to-mesh workflows
  • Text-to-image (Stable Diffusion, SDXL, Flux) — ControlNet, LoRA training, IP-Adapter, fine-tuning
  • Image-to-3D and text-to-3D (TripoSR, Meshy, Luma, Tripo, Hunyuan3D)
  • Text-to-video (Veo, Runway, Sora, Kling, Wan)
  • Voice models, LLM tooling and agent runtimes for real game use
  • Wiring AI workflows into Unity, Unreal, Godot, web or HTML5

You don't need every box ticked. You do need real production work behind you, not just demo reels.

What the work looks like

Bespoke client projects, end-to-end.

The mix shifts engagement to engagement, but expect work like:

  • Bespoke AI art pipelines for studios and brands (ComfyUI-led)
  • Prompt systems and quality rails translated from art direction
  • AI character / NPC build-outs around client IP
  • AI-powered UGC pipelines for player-generated content
  • Gaussian-splatting capture-to-asset pipelines for environment work
  • Image-to-3D and text-to-3D pipelines wired into game engines
  • Studio AI tooling transitions and workflow integrations
  • Mobile game build-outs with AI in the production pipeline
How we work

Contract-first, small team, no PM layer.

  • Contract basis only — per-project or rolling retainer.
  • Remote-first, UK-friendly working hours.
  • Small team. You'll deal with us directly, not a project manager layer.
  • Day rate negotiated per engagement.
